How Many Calories in Subway’s Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki?

Another sandwich Subway has been advertising under its “fit meets flavor” advertising tagline is its Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki.

Checking Subways’ nutrition info for this one, it comes in at 380 calories for a six-inch. But again the sodium content seems high at 900 mgs, or about half a day’s recommended level, depending on your health.

Anything with teriyaki flavor is likely high in sodium. Chinese and some Japanese food is notoriously high in sodium because of such condiments as teriyaki and soy sauces.
