How My Apple Watch Promotes My Good Health

I got my Apple Watch the first week of June 2015. I have been enjoying it and learning new aspects of owning it ever since.

This is the band that I have. It is called Milanese and is totally adjustable to fit my skinny wrist.

For background, I wrote the following in my first post:  For the record, I am a big fan of Apple. I bought my first Apple II+ computer back in 1979 and upgraded to a Fat Mac in 1984. I bought the stock when it became available and I have continued to update my home Apple computer (both desktop and laptop) ever since.”

Here are the Links to read the three blog posts I wrote about how the Watch is keeping me healthy:

These rings start as dots. As the day progresses, they fill out. The top ring shows how many calories I burned. The second ring shows how many minutes I exercised. The third ring shows how many times I stood up.

Note: As of 5 Feb 2017 Target was discounting the Apple Watch down to $199 and $229. Don’t know how long this will last, but it seems a steal to me.
