I wanted to share this picture with you. My girlfriend and I went out to celebrate her birthday dinner at Jack Binion’s Steakhouse at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, IN this past weekend.
This is a photograph of my shrimp cocktail appetizer. Is that a gorgeous picture, or what?
I admire good presentation in a restaurant and in my opinion this is the finest food presentation I have ever seen. I almost felt guilty destroying the symmetry when I began to eat it.
