Always enjoy the weekend funnies and these are especially good! Tony, I recently purchased a used (good condition) Schwinn Airdyne evolution comp stationary bike. It’s comparable to the current AD6. Any thoughts on them and suggestions on how to get the best total body workout on one? Thanks for any pointers you can offer.

Thanks for your interest, Rock. Actually, I am a fan of the airdyne bike because I like the air that comes from the front wheel as it spins. Almost like really riding. Good purchase. Unfortunately, I don’t have any suggestions on a total body workout on one.
