Because both Alzheimer’s and dementia run in my family, I am acutely concerned about keeping my brain healthy as well as anything that might damage it.

I’ve been reading you blog for 6 months now and always enjoy reading it. Your information provides me with subjects to talk about while riding with my cycling buddies. My wife and I were born and raised in Chicago but moved to Orlando, Florida, in 1977 and never looked back. Now we live in a cycling paradise 100 yards from a beautiful 30 mile bike trail. Feel free to visit it with us🚴🏼😎🚴‍♀️.

    • Hi, Greg. Very happy that you are enjoying my little labors. I have known other Chicagoans who moved to Florida. Unlike you, they complained about the humidity and heat. Glad you are happy there. I appreciate the invite.
