You have to learn how to limit your portions.
Ok, that wasn’t so funny, but it fit.

Garry – Glad you liked it. I did, too. I guess that’s obvious. Thanks for your continued support. Much appreciated.
Hi Tony, I’m going to be on vacation 8/15 and I’m hoping I can reblog https://guysandgoodhealth.com/brain-games-for-seniors-what-you-need-to-know/ for my SF (Senior Fitness) day. But I don’t see a reblog option on that page. Are you ok if I reblog your article on Brain Games for Seniors?
Thanks for your consideration Tony!

Sure. But are you sure there is no reblog button. There should be for each post. Have a great vacation!
I rechecked, see it on some but not that one – thoughts on how I can do that? I’d love to reblog is you approve. Thank you!
You know that happens with me, too. Can’t explain it. Maybe you can fake reblog it. Copy the first paragraph and then put a link to the post after it. Thanks for all the likes on my other posts. I have reordered the Romancing the Stone DVD, but it hasn’t come yet.
Perfect idea – thanks Tony! Have a great and healthy week!
Boy, that cat’s doing some serious walking on that treadmill. She’s staying very focused!
HI, Gail! Thanks for stopping by!
My cat does that sometimes 🙂
Thanks for your comment. Cats are magical creatures.
Haha too funny! I love this. Perfect for a Friday pick me up.
Thanks for your comment. Glad I could tickle your fancy.
I think we’re encouraged to play the victim in society today e.g. blaming others for injuries. Which is for the greater good I guess but people need to take ownership of most issues, including obesity. Mind you, I’m only saying this myself because I’ve just seen Jocko Willinks extreme ownership Ted talk!
