I am not much of a health club person. They just make me feel like I am in prison, breathing stale air with a bunch of other inmates. One of the things I love about yoga is that you don’t have to go any place special to do it and it works wonderfully in the great outdoors or your living room floor.

Yoga saved my life many times…it really can heal all wounds both inside and out and I believe it’s one of those things that should be free for all to enjoy

I don’t think I’ll be able to pull any pose of, actually :’) Let alone “everywhere”. Then again, I only just started doing yoga and not even regularly. A little more practice might change my mind.
