Nice infographic. They both definitely have their place. Flax is difficult to obtain the nutrients from without grinding though, due in part to the small size and the bodies inability to fully digest the seed. I enjoy the nutty flavor of ground flax sprinkled over a salad.

I haven’t been successful adding ground flax to meals. It just makes stuff thicker. Sprinkling over a salad sounds like a good idea.
