We are getting too much sugar into our systems. This infographic explains where a lot of it comes from.
One key concept here: One teaspoon of sugar = 4 grams
So when you read 32 – 40 grams of sugar in an energy drink, you will understand that this is 8 to 10 spoonfuls of sugar. Do you really want to consume that much sugar?
