Ever wonder which foods you should be eating? I always want to know which are the healthiest, which foods I shouldn’t eat and which foods my body needs. My friend posted this to Facebook I thought I would share! It tells you what certain foods do for your body and how they are good for you! Take a peek you may already be eating some of the foods. Now you can see the benefits of eating them! I think I will stock up on the blueberries =)
