What Are the Worst Fast Food Sandwiches?

Web MD offered the following as their idea of the three worst fast food sandwich offerings. They look pretty impressive.

Schlotsky’s Original Style Turkey Sandwich

Schlotsky’s came away with a first in this contest. Their original turkey sandwich also includes salami and three kinds of cheese, all loaded with fat, calories and salt. They cut the calories in their Small sandwich, but kept the salt high with smoked turkey.

This is Scholtsky’s Small Smoked Turkey Breast.

Quizno’s came in third. Their Tuna Melt Deli Sub has loads of mayo and cheese and contains more fat than most folks should eat in a whole day.

The popularity of sandwiches like these demonstrates why we have 60 percent of us overweight and 30 percent obese.
