I ran across this little poster years ago, but it still lives in my kitchen where I see it every day. I bought it because I liked the sentiments and thought it would help my creativity. After all, it says, “How to be an Artist.” I am writing about it today because I think it has a lot more good information than just that. In my studies over the past year on mental health, happiness and aging well, it seems I have run across suggestions to do just about everything on the poster to stay healthy and happy. For that reason I wanted to share it with you.
The poster is the creation of Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy, also known as SARK. She appears to live her life very much according to the proscriptions on her poster. You can read more about SARK at her website here.
