Remember that it’s best to buy foods you can eat in units. A lollipop (a Tootsie Pop or a Blow Pop), a fudge pop, a frozen fruit bar, or a small bag of chips to share with a friend. If you are craving chocolate, buy one fun-size bar or two peppermint patties instead of a regular-size candy bar.

Thought you would enjoy this simple elegant suggestion from a super helpful book. We ran this originally last year. I am convinced that portion size is one of the key concepts in weight management.
