Daily Exercise Suggestions

The picture below reminds me of a program administered through the National Institute on Aging at the NIH that really looks helpful.

One picture is worth a thousand words.

Make exercise a part of your life – every day. The government says so. It must be right.

On Feb 22 I wrote about the benefits to your brain from exercise. On Feb 19 I wrote about exercise being the best anti-aging medicine. I don’t think there are a thousand words in both the items.

Just do it.
